1328f.org is live with 9 empirical reports covering BAPCPA, Chapter 13 dismissal rates, bankruptcy mill definitions, attorney performance methodology, Section 109(g), Section 727(a)(8), Section 1328(f) screening, prior-filer discharge rates, and a PACER consumer guide. Section 1328(f) Full De-Staling Complete
Completed de-staling of all flagged cases across every federal bankruptcy district. 391,951 prior filers received Chapter 13 discharges with zero eligibility verification. In a 7-district sample, 264 confirmed violations where debtors filed within the Section 1328(f) statutory bar window. Filing-date-to-filing-date methodology per In re Blendheim. Attorney breakdown: 6 attorneys account for 73% of violations. Full results published in the methodology report.
